Q: Are there copiers available?
A: Yes, we have (2) copiers for client use located on the First Floor of B-22A. Every client has an individual account. Copies are $.08 per page, billed monthly.

Q: Is there High Speed Internet access in the building?
A: Road Runner High Speed Internet service is available through Time Warner. Contact information will be made available upon move in. Cable is billed directly to the client by Time Warner.

Q: What are the hours of operation for Building 22A?
A: Building 22A is open to tenants 24/7. We do have a security system that secures the Building from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., however all tenants and their employees are provided with a security ID that allows access into the building when the doors are locked.

Q: How many Parking Passes do I get?
A: The number of Parking Passes issued is determined by the amount of space rented. We provide (2) Parking Passes per office rented. If you have more than (2) staff working in one office additional staff will have to walk to the studio from the auxiliary parking lot. You can request "drive on" privileges for visiting clients through the USFPG Administrative Assistant.

Q; Do we have access to the Universal theme parks?

A: Tenants may access the theme parks for lunch with their clients, Monday through Friday. We ask that you limit your time to (2) hours. This privilege is only for business luncheons. Should you wish to tour our Backlot for projects we ask that you contact one of our Staff Sales Representatives.

Q: How many Amps of power are available in each of the Universal Orlando Soundstages?
A: Total available power within our 16,500 sq. ft. stages (and larger) is 5,600 Amps per phase. Two (2) Buss ways located on the Catwalk level with 2000 Amps per leg and two (2) Buss ways located at the ground level with 800 Amps per leg. All of our Soundstages operate on 3-phase power.

Q: Do your stages only operate during specific hours?
A: No, the Soundstage area is a 24/7 facility. Should your production be operating during off hours or weekends we would suggest that you budget for a Soundstage Supervisor to assist with any facility request or issue that may arise.

Q: What are the load limits for your stages?

A: Recommendation is 2500 pounds per point (dead hand ONLY) every twelve feet. Heavier configurations are possible with certified load calculations along with the documented approval of the Universal Engineering Department.

Q: Are Pyrotechnics allowed within the Soundstages?
A: Just about anything is possible within our Soundstages. However, all intended Special Effects must be run through the Universal Orlando Special Effects Department well in advance of the actual effects date to insure permitting (by the City of Orlando) is granted in the required time period of ten (10) working days prior to the special effect taking place.

Q: What can be done with our waste solvent, paints and solids?
A: There are only two ways this question can be answered.

1. Universal Environmental Health and Safety Department can handle all of your hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal needs at a charge which will be determined upon disclosure of quantity and materials involved.

2.You can contract a certified outside firm to collect and dispose of your waste in
the proper manner.

NOTE: Under no circumstances is a production allowed to remove opened containers of product or waste containers of such materials from UO property without proper certified and accredited permitting from the City of Orlando and the State of Florida.

Q: What is the rental period for a soundstage?
A: The soundstages rates are based on a 24 hour period. This usually allows for time to load-out and have the stage cleaned.
