Office & Facility Rentals When you decide to bring your production to Universal Studios Florida®, our client services staff is available to coordinate your office space, telephones, keys, mail services, and parking needs, as well as provide information and assist with special requests and referrals. It is our goal at Universal Studios Florida® to provide you with optimum customer service during your production with us. Producer's Building (B-22A) The Producer's Building is located inside a gated area with 24-hour security clearance and a convenient parking lot. Valuable office space, facilities and services needed to support your production's operation are housed inside the Producer's Building. Additional production offices may be available in our business center and/or broadcast studios based on availability. Prices based on space requirements. The 8410 has four incoming lines. The 8434 is an eight-line reception phone equipped to handle a multi-unit set up. All multi-line sets are digital. Long distance is billed at $.10 per minute. SalesTax Exemption The 6.5% Florida state sales tax and a .5% Orange County sales tax will be applied to all the above charges except for labor. This tax will be waived if the USF Production Group is provided with client's exemption information upon contract. Rates are subject to change. Photocopy Machine $.08/copy Utilities (Electric, Air Conditioning) There are no utility charges for offices in the Producer's Building (B-22A). Utility charges for sound stages are programmed individually and charged according to your usage. Utility deposits are required and estimated according to production use. A separate fee (based on size) will be charged for dumpster pulls if needed or requested. Multimedia Theatre Our 41 seat professional cinema system theatre is designed for a variety of audio visual applications for screenings and presentations. Custom created for impact and impression the room includes; · Super high resolution Digital XGA (LCD) Video Projection. (HD Capability) · 7.1THX Dolby processing surround sound. · DVD (progressive scan with optical out) Digibeta, Beta SP, Beta SX, VHS/SVHS · Computer VGA & audio connections (Notebook PC, Mac; Powerpoint) · Brighthouse High Definition TV Signal. · Satellite and VYVX uplink/downlink capable. Multimedia Theatre Rates Full Day $750 per day 1/2 Day $350 per day Per Hour $100 per hour   Hair/Make-Up & Wardrobe Room Rates Hair, make-up and wardrobe rooms are located in Producer's Building (B-22A), Building B-17, and in Studio 25. B-22A & Studio 25 Hair/Make-up Rooms $150 per day Wardrobe Rooms $150 per day   B-17 Hair/Make-up Rooms $250 per day Green Room & Conference Rooms Green Room A Green Room located in the Producer's Building directly across from the Hair, Makeup and Wardrobe rooms is available with couches and a large-screen TV for talent holding space. Rate is $150 per day. Conference Rooms As a resident vendor or tenant, or for those productions which are producing at Universal, there are two large conference rooms available at no charge for meetings. The rate for casting usage is $100 per day.
