FAQ's

Q:Are there copiers available?
A:Yes, we have (2) copiers for client use located on the First Floor of B-22A. Every client has an individual account. Copies are $.08 per page, billed monthly.
 
Q:Is there High Speed Internet access in the building?
A:Road Runner High Speed Internet service is available through Time Warner. Contact information will be made available upon move in. Cable is billed directly to the client by Time Warner.
 
Q:What are the hours of operation for Building 22A?
A:Building 22A is open to tenants 24/7. We do have a security system that secures the Building from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., however all tenants and their employees are provided with a security ID that allows access into the building when the doors are locked.
 
Q:How many Parking Passes do I get?
A:The number of Parking Passes issued is determined by the amount of space rented. We provide (2) Parking Passes per office rented. If you have more than (2) staff working in one office additional staff will have to walk to the studio from the auxiliary parking lot. You can request "drive on" privileges for visiting clients through the USFPG Administrative Assistant.
 
Q:Do we have access to the Universal theme parks?
A:Tenants may access the theme parks for lunch with their clients, Monday through Friday. We ask that you limit your time to (2) hours. This privilege is only for business luncheons. Should you wish to tour our Backlot for projects we ask that you contact one of our Staff Sales Representatives.
