PAMELA TUSCANY

VICE PRESIDENT/GENERAL MANAGER

PAMELA TUSCANY

Before joining Universal in 1996, Pamela was vice president of sales and marketing at Century III, a full-service production and postproduction facility where she won several Addy Awards. Since joining the Universal Studios Florida Production Group, Pamela has brought hundreds of high-profile feature film, television shows and commercials to its sound stages and backlot. She was selected for the "Top Central Florida Women Who Mean Business" she was chosen as one of "Central Florida's 100 Most Influential Business Leaders," and she was included in Florida Trend Magazine's Floridian of the Year issue. Pamela currently serves on the Florida Film and Entertainment Advisory Council (FFEAC). She spends her days supporting the work of her team, and planning for future productions at Universal and within the state of Florida.

CHRIS SILVEIRA

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, PRODUCTION

CHRIS SILVEIRA

With a comprehensive background in production management, operations, engineering, post production and scenic design/construction, Chris has held a variety of executive and freelance positions for Nickelodeon, MTV Networks, MLB Network, Disney Channel and Universal Studios Florida.  Chris partners with network television executives and film producers during the planning and preparation for productions on sound stages and on the backlot. He also manages all internal production services' requests from various departments within Universal Orlando Resort, including all national advertising campaigns. Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts' degree in Radio/TV/Film at California State University at Northridge.

MICHAEL HETCHLER

SENIOR MANAGER, STUDIO FACILITIES

MICHAEL HETCHLER

Leads the team responsible for maintaining all systems in the soundstages and office buildings, such as the recent replacement of the sound stage elephant door motors, HVAC installations, and high efficiency lighting. These improvements have impacted the company's ambitious green initiative by improving efficiency and utility costs. Michael earned degrees at Michigan State and ITI (mechanical engineering) and spent the next 20 years applying and expanding his skills. Before joining Universal, Michael was employed by Del-Air Company where he developed skills specific to HVAC installation and maintenance. Michael pioneered the launch of "Gumbopalooza" to benefit Give Kids the World. He was recently awarded for his volunteering and is a member of the prestigious Club 52, a program recognizing outstanding volunteers at Universal Orlando Resort.

KATRINKA VANDEVENTER

SENIOR MANAGER, STUDIO OPERATIONS

KATRINKA VANDEVENTER

Oversees the staff that handles the clients' needs working on the sound stages, the backlot, and in the offices of The Producer's Building (22A)—everything from parking, to office space, to keycards. Her team is there to make sure clients are accommodated and have everything they need for a successful production. Before joining USFPG, Katrinka spent eight years at the Metro Orlando Film Commission. Katrinka earned a degree in Film and Television from the University of Central Florida. She currently serves on the board of Women in Film & Television (Florida). Her indulgence is her ongoing passion for classic movies.

JULIE GIBSON

Executive Assistant/Marketing Coordinator

JULIE GIBSON

The liaison between the resort and the production client's marketing and public relations staff. Julie works with the shows on opportunities to market the production in the park's maps, etc. and is the division champion for social media marketing.   Julie is also Pamela Tuscany's executive assistant.  Julie began her career with Universal Orlando Resort in 1999.  While attending Valencia College, she freelanced as a script supervisor.  She is also a certified veterinary technician.

JACKIE MANESS, JR.

SENIOR MANAGER, PRODUCTION

JACKIE MANESS, JR.

Manages production logistics for clients filming in the soundstages, or on the backlot. He scouts and location manages commercials, still photo shoots, television shows, live events, and feature films. Jackie began his career as a freelance producer and joined USFPG in 2000. Since then, he has worked with many clients, including WWE, MTV, Food Network, Horizon Scripted, Telesis Productions, Golf Channel, and NBC Sports. Jackie attended Auburn University where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Media and Communications Management. When not on set, he can be found enjoying the great outdoors with his wife and dogs.

JENNIFER LENHART-BELAWSKI

MANAGER, PRODUCTION SCHEDULING AND FULFILLMENT

JENNIFER LENHART-BELAWSKI

Responsible for scheduling production management and resources on the backlot, and across the resort. She hires and schedules out of house and internal production services and crews and coordinates contracts and vendor relations. She also consults and advises on technical services and manages the production calendar, facility usage, and purchasing for productions. Jennifer's first job out of college was working on the Universal lot with Nickelodeon Studios Florida where she was the production services supervisor. From there she spent the next ten years as broadcast technology and services manager for the Orlando Magic. Jennifer earned a degree in Radio & Television Broadcasting from the University of Central Florida. Her oldest daughter is currently attending her alma mater and she and her husband also enjoy watching their younger daughter participate in high school lacrosse.

JACK SOMERVILLE

MANAGER, PRODUCTION

JACK SOMERVILLE

Manages production logistics for clients filming in the soundstages, or on the backlot. He scouts and location manages commercials, still photo shoots, television shows, live events, and feature films. Jack joined USFPG in 1999 to work on the grand opening of Universal's Islands of Adventure. Jack's many credits include Monday Night Football opens, America's Got Talent, American Gladiator, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Celebrity Apprentice and Celebrity Apprentice Brazil. Jack has coordinated multiple productions for the NBC Network including The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and The Today Show and La Voz Kids for Telemundo. Jack graciously mentors interns and new USFPG team members. Jack enjoys exploring the beach and surfing with his two boys.

SCOTIE HULETT

MANAGER, PRODUCTION

SCOTIE HULETT

Manages internal and external production clients filming on property to make sure that all shoots go smoothly with minimal interference to the resort's daily operations. Scotie first started with USFPG as a production assistant in 2010. She spent the last several years on staff at Adrenaline Films coordinating for Universal Parks and Resorts as well as networks like NBC, Nickelodeon, MTV, and NASCAR. Most recently, Scotie was an associate media producer for Universal Beijing before accepting an offer for her dream job as a production manager for USFPG in 2018. Scotie enjoys volunteering in the Big Brothers Big Sisters Program and as a mentor with the Universal Education Center. 

BOB PAGE

RADIO BROADCAST SPECIALIST

Bob has called the state-of-the-art Media Broadcast Center, located in the heart of Universal Studios Florida, his second home since 1991. In his role as a broadcast specialist, he makes sure all of the live broadcasts are successfully executed. He also hosts podcasts and other projects originating from the Media Broadcast Center. Bob is an avid runner and has been featured twice in Runner's World magazine. He loves to share his weight-loss journey to encourage and inspire others to make changes toward living a healthier lifestyle.

CATERINE "CAT" MOURE

SENIOR COORDINATOR, PRODUCTION SERVICES

CATERINE "CAT" MOURE

Supports the team who handles on-location logistics, cost tracking, resource scheduling, vendor payments, and legal approvals. In addition, she is often called upon to manage projects on the backlot. Cat brings a wide-range of experience in digital design, hospitality, and event management to the team. She earned a Bachelor of Arts' degree in Radio-Television Production from the University of Central Florida. She enjoys watching cartoons, going to car shows, and spending time with her big Hispanic family.

JULIE DIETZ

COORDINATOR, FACILITIES AND PRODUCTION

JULIE DIETZ

Has been working at Universal Orlando for more than 20 years.  During that time, she oversaw entertainment content planning, budgeting, and execution as a production manager for multimillion-dollar marquee events like Halloween Horror Nights, Mardi Gras and Concert Series with A-list artists, as well as managed pyro/rigging/lighting teams, daily show operations, and a night time entertainment complex. In her current role, Julie coordinates space usage logistics, assists with capital and facility projects, and client facility usage.  Julie graduated from Lycoming College in PA.  Her passions are traveling and scuba diving.

Has been one of the most valued employees at USFPG for the past 24 years.  Earfield is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the sound stages and office spaces to make sure everything is working correctly and readied for the next production.

DANA PELLERIN

PRODUCTION ASSISTANT AND ASSOCIATE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

DANA PELLERIN

Began his career with Universal Studios Florida Production Group (USFPG) in 2014. Prior to Universal, he freelanced as a production assistant and coordinator on numerous commercials all over Florida. Dana is responsible for client relationships and packaging bids for studio facilities, the backlot, offices, and other production service rentals on the lot. At the University of Central Florida, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Film. When not pursuing the next big production, he enjoys traveling the world (23 countries and counting) and playing the sport of curling.
