Client will receive the cyc wall and area floor white at onset of rental. There will be a charge for repainting upon client departure. Costs based on area to be repainted, estimate will be provided. Utility charges for sound stages are programmed individually and charged according to your usage. Utility deposits are required and estimated according to production use. All of the sound stages are pre-wired for high speed internet through Road Runner Business Class. The 8410 has four incoming lines. The 8434 is an eight-line reception phone equipped to handle a multi-unit set up. All multi-line sets are digital. Long distance is billed at $.10 per minute.   Sales Tax Exemption The 6.5% Florida state sales tax and a .5% Orange County sales tax will be applied to all the above charges except for labor. This tax will be waived if the USF Production Group is provided with client's exemption information upon contract. Rates are subject to change. Photocopy Machine $.08/copy Utilities (Electric, Air Conditioning) There are no utility charges for offices in the Producer's Building (B-22A). Utility charges for sound stages are programmed individually and charged according to your usage. Utility deposits are required and estimated according to production use. A separate fee ( based on size) will be charged for dumpster pulls if needed or requested. Multimedia Theatre Our 41 seat professional cinema system theatre is designed for a variety of audio visual applications for screenings and presentations. B22A & Studio 25 Hair/Make-up Rooms $150 per day Wardrobe Rooms $150 per day   B-17 Hair/Make-up Rooms $250 per day Green Room & Conference Rooms Green Room A Green Room located in the Producer's Building directly across from the Hair, Makeup and Wardrobe rooms is available with couches and a large-screen TV for talent holding space. Rate is $150 per day. Conference Rooms As a resident vendor or tenant, or for those productions which are producing at Universal, there are two large conference rooms available at no charge for meetings. The rate for casting usage is $100 per day. Backlot & Stage Rental Requirements: Labor All facilities rentals are provided with a client representative to assist with production logistics. Please request labor estimates at the time of booking. A Universal production supervisor must accompany Stage production shoots occurring at Universal Studios® property on weekends or holidays. The chargeable rate for a USF Production Group Supervisor is $55 per hour, with a four-hour minimum. If we determine that this supervisor is not necessary, based on the production requirements we will provide a representative at no additional charge who would be available by pager only for questions. Backlot production shoots always require a Universal production supervisor. Cost associated with personnel including Security, Technical Services, Production Assistants, etc., or special requests such as property removal, pyrotechnics or modification of facades, shall be estimated at time of booking and based on requirements.
